Beginners Cowl Neck Poncho 4 Week Course

Join our fun and friendly crochet course and make this gorgeous poncho in ‘easy to learn’ granny stitch!

Here’s how it works:

Week 1 - Sign up to the course and come along to your first session where we will be covering the first 5 basic crochet stitches and having a go at the granny square. You can then take your granny square home to practice on during the week. If you’re already confident in making the granny square you can start your poncho! Your first ball of yarn and hook is provided.

Week 2 - We’ll now choose the colours you’d like to use for your poncho. I recommend using 4 different colours in a basic double knitting yarn. This will be available for you to buy at 10% off. We’ll then begin the first row of the poncho in granny stitch, starting with the neck hole. I’ll sho…
